We have traded out of most of AKAM with profits, keeping a small tail in the Mar 42 options. Normally CEO Sagan has been a size buyer when the stock got whacked. This time he’s actually selling some. We don’t put much emphasis on insider selling as they sell for a lot of reasons, option exercise, stock grant expiration, taxes, etc. but the bottom line is there has been no buying. No one can really predict the long term future of any technology platform. When I started one of the first Internet companies, I assembled a team of technologists. I asked a computer science professor from Ga Tech with a PhD from Carnegie Mellon where he saw the Internet going in five years. He said no one can predict five years out in technology and I have never forgotten those words. He is right.
